Painting the rainy and foggy atmosphere, the suspended droplets in the air. While I was paiting outside after a period of non stop raining for two days, I thought I was trying to capture the dull colors, the lights and darks. I was  struggling with the sense of space. I thought I was doing terrible…And I didn’t pay attention to my sensations. It’s only a few days later that I realized I was in fact following the humid air, the foggy atmosphere, the fluffy clouds.My body and my nervous system was focusing on what I was feeling — my intellect didn’t know it.
